- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Absolutely horrible customer service - suggest finding someone else. Had a new patient appointment which had been booked for months and due to not being able to answer the phone when called the morning of due to a meeting "their policy is to remove your appointment". WHAT!!? If you have a confirmed appointment, and make your appointment to find out that they removed it because you were unable to answer a phone earlier in the day..... Pathetic and obviously more focused on booking another appointment for more $ than keeping their commitment and obligation due to "their policy".May 09, 2017by Brittany Thompson
