- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had service from this company a few years back. heard a lot of rumors about how awful State Farm is but this one sucked. The receptionists were nice, but I found the other representatives had very little patience for me. They didnt care at all about how high my rates went, and when I complained Joeana was very rude. Zero compassion. And the rates are unbelievable! I eventually had to cancel my service because it seemed like every month they would have issues with my billing and the rates would be higher. They also charge fees for paying your premium! Yes every month I was having to pay like $3 just to pay my bill. I have since gotten great service at a fair price elsewhere.
