  I had a couple hiccups but they solved the issue right away when they saw how displeased I was. I have been there a number of times now, and as far as getting procedures done they are about the kindest. I have a hard time with getting and MRI and they have an open one there which was much better for me. If you are claustrophobic like me, please ask for the Open MRI. You have to ask or they will automatically give you the closed. Everyone is very friendly there, just maybe under staffed at the front. They take my insurance which is very hard to find a facility that does and they are affordable if you don't use your insurance. The one thing is that even if you get there early the wait is long. I started going there early because they don't have a grace period there. If you are two minutes late and some is taking long at the front desk they will make you wait and then have someone else take your spot--- so be careful with that. Luckily, because I was not happy about waiting there for two hours they got me in sooner! Also, I gave my disc for a surgeon to review and they lost it and the lady at the desk remembered me and got my disc ready first day! She was super nice!
