- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They're robbing their customers! I got charged $245 in fees that left me with a negative $252 balnace? That's a $7 negative balance being charged $245. How's that possible? Delta says sorry but we can take off $140 and still need you to pay us $105 or will put it on your credit report. Bunch of thieves!!!September 19, 2017by Joey Driver
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If it were not for customer service would be 5/5. Branch is great, managers are great, and so are the employees with time in. However...The tellers are often different/new faces and I do not know why; but they seem to only hire younger, condescending employees who are judgemental to say the least. I have had several nasty remarks made in regards to my current balance or direct deposits. When withdrawing or depositing money these newer employees have gone very far to put off an air of disrespect and scrutiny. Nothing against age; just seems the trend.
